Purchased a red melon discus on 4.25.21 and the fish arrived from NY today in WI around noon . Quick turn around time ! Fish came alive and well , stressed but who wouldnt be after an over night flight flight to Indianapolis and a road trip to Wisconsin! Fed ex has great tracking and Valerie was very quick to respond to questions through email .

Although I had to return the first Redfin Borleyi I ordered, they were very lenient in delivering the second one. They offered next day air so that the next fish would get to me as soon as possible, and only had me pay for the shipping. The fish that arrived was alert upon unbagging & beautiful to see swim around. Very happy about the customer service about this company and I highly recommend them!!!

I received the fish and they are beautiful and all are doing wonderfully. I’m very impressed and highly satisfied. This was my fist time ordering fish through the mail and it was a complete success. So thank you very much.

i received my fish about 3 days ago. they all seemed pretty healthy. i noticed i wasn't able to find one of my cichlids, and when i finally found him he looked really stressed and looks like he may have ick. i was hoping the quarantine process would be preventative for diseases but it seems that i now have to treat 30 fish for ick so i don't throw $200 down the drain. all the other fish seem healthy and i'm really impressed by the shipping and packaging. hence the 4 stars. i would order again, but i guess next time i will be quarantining my gosh from my tank.

I ordered 13 Tiger barbs just earlier today, so far the experience has been great the prices, the selection, etc. I’m going to leave this at 3 stars and change it accordingly to the well being of the fish on arrival. Thank you for your amazing services so far!😁

First I want to say that I owned my own aquarium store in the early to mid 90s. The Discus I received from The iFish Store were of the highest quality! I talked to them on the phone, they were friendly and happy to talk with me. Great store to buy your fish from!
