The service was great - both professional and fast. However the travel from FL to NY must have really stressed out the fish. Thankfully I quarantined them in their own tank but some pathogen (fungi maybe?) broke out in the tank about a week after arrival and all but one fish died. They had white spots on their face.

It was not ok bad and the people were extremely helpful. Only problem I ran into is reviving two dead fish but was finally able to get a refund after a few weeks and again the lady that helped was extremely nice and helpful. Aside from that almost all the fish they sent were females which was a shame since there not color to them ( they were unisex so I expected a few ) but 8-10 that are alive were females and the two that were dead were also female. Do yourself the favor and just buy guaranteed males.
