Hello David; Thank you for contacting us about the 2 fish that perished during shipment. As discussed, we refunded you for the 2 Cichlids that perished. We noticed that included in the same order were Bumble Bee Catfish and Crayfish. We were wondering if you had the one remaining Cichlid in the same tank as the catfish and crayfish. It isn't really an optimal community environment if so and may have lead to health problems. We are happy to work with our clients prior to, during and after a purchase to ensure they have healthy new additions to their aquarium. We're sorry this was your experience with us and certainly hope you'll give us another try.

Hello Richard; We're sorry to hear that half your fish perished. We hope that the refund we applied helped to rectify the situation. We'd be happy to help you on any future orders if you observe the fish developing poor health, appearance or behavior after you have acclimated them. Sometimes we can identify a root cause and assist in nursing them back to health. In any case, we thank you for your business and feedback.
