Excellent customer service. First order was delivered to the wrong house, and fedex wouldn't retrieve it. They replaced it within 2 weeks. This is my 4th time ordering from them.

Your replacing my Oder that did not survive the shipment what more could I expect

This was by far the most pleasant online purchase I have ever had. Communication was top notch. First time ordering fish online, and all arrived perfectly happy and so well packaged. If I ever need to order again, I will without a doubt be back to the Ifish store.

As an experienced fishkeeper, I placed an order for 10 African cichlids. Needed mostly males since these fish were going in a public office as a show tank. FEDEX screwed up the shipment and they were delayed by more than a day. IFish kept me up to date on the shipment. The fish arrived well packed and all but one were alive. Very easy to work with on the DOA and I deferred a replacement until I make another order. Very satisfied

Very nice team to work with. On prior order had dead fish on arrival. IFish refunded hastle free. My last order had a shipping delay with tenps in the low 30's. I figured fish were toast. All 17 fish arrived alive and weeks later all ate thriving.

The fish are beautiful, can’t get fish like these at our local fish shop. Will buy from here again. Fed Ex dropped the ball for shipping. The box was clearly marked live fish and Priority Next Day delivery. I did not get my package on the next day as expected. Fed Ex kept the package on their truck an extra night in sub 30 degree weather, even after calling 3 times to track my package. They told me all 3 times it was out for delivery and I would get it by the end of the day, then they just didn’t deliver it and kept it another night. Not happy about the shipping.

Excellent delivery speed. Great quarantine time, as the water was clean upon arrival. All alive die to the (3) heaters in the cooler. Expertly packed All great looking fish. Will order again
