This was the second time I've ordered from them. Ordered over a dozen. All arrived alive. Unfortunately less than 8 hours later my clown loaches developed ich and weren't able to overcome it. They extended the doa a little longer and reimbursed me for the ones that perished. Great customer service and be getting more of my business in the future for my 60gal community tank.
