Fish arrived on time, one fish did not live past a day tho.
Response from The iFISH StoreJul 3, 2026
Hi Katrina; Thank you for your order and for letting us know. We’re so sorry to hear one of your fish didn’t make it. We do wish you’d reached out at the very first sign that something wasn’t quite right. Even though the fish passed the following day, getting a heads-up early often gives us a chance to start assessing what might be going on and, in many cases, help turn the situation around before it’s too late. We’re always happy to troubleshoot and work through things with our customers, so please don’t hesitate to reach out right away if you ever notice a fish acting differently. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope the rest of your fish are doing great!
