So glad I didn't do business with them. I'm happy, I saw what they were like, before placing an order for a super expensive item, especially since I live in Europe (I can only imagine the nightmare if there were delivery issues or other problems, given that they never reply). My partner and I contacted them several times over a weekend and the following week seeking crucial information about an animatronic for our halloween haunted house, and we didn't get a single response in a whole week. Just imagine, if they don't reply before you've even committed to buying, what must it be like once you've actually placed an order? Frankly, I have no desire to chase after them I don't have the time for that. It’s a huge turn-off. It doesn't come across as serious or professional. And after reading other reviews online, I really have no interest in doing business with them. I'm giving them a miss and sticking with reliable sites like Mad About Horror, Horror Shop, HalloweenCostumes, and Déguizfêtes.

The mask is absolutely fantastic. My kids and wife are very scared of it. The vision is low but I reached out and they helped me how to open the vision more. Outstanding quality. I would definitely or other masks in the future

Very high quality. Great for the person wearing as they won’t be in a full costume that makes them sweat too much. Can wear a t-shirt and shorts or jeans. Very happy and worth the price. Can store in a small box.
