I run a small home haunt and have been buying stuff from horrordome for several years. As a loyal customer steady customer who has never complained about delayed shipping and dings. The one time I actually Received a defective animatronic showing video’s and sending photo. They said they will look into it and will get back to me, I tried to follow up with them several times since last year to get a response but they ghosted me. No response, no parts and no apologies. I am reporting them to BBB as well Buyer beware..
