I ordered the new Jester mask. Quality is great but the mask doesn't fit properly inside. Called customer service and they are taking care of me to modify the mask to fit!! Great people. Would highly recommend. All mask don't fit the same so this is expected.

I wrote a previous review which I have to revise after having contact with the Horror Dome people. I had a problem with a fake website pretending to be the Horror Dome. When i found the real Horror Dome, I was happy to order. It was the "Shop" website that sent an email saying my item was delivered. When I got home, and it wasn't there, I freaked out. Its not The Horror Domes fault, and for that, I apologize for my previous review. They have assured me my order is being made as we speak and will be delivered in August. I appreciate the calls and I will order from your company again after our phone call. I'm sorry for my outrage, but i explained what had happened to me to them, and they were understanding. Thank You.
