They have terrible customer service
They have terrible customer service. Rude and unprofessional. The website doesn’t work and wasted my time and they didn’t care at all. Drew is super unprofessional.

They canceled my order without any explanation. I had to look for another tobacco store.

entry level hookah
I bought a entry level hookah and some tobacco as a gift and everything for my experience was great. Finding stuff was easy to navigate the website and everything showed up on a timely manner, especially around the holidays.10 out of 10 would recommend.
