Great Product!! However, no real assembly instructions in the box so I had to use YouTube. Also, I was missing one of the stainless bearings that go inside the hookah to regulate the air and smoke. Lastly, when I try to join the Vyro group from the QR code provided in the box the website and club membership no longer works!! Overall, great hookah but terrible overall support for complaints and Q&A.

First of all, I had a hard time because in the beginning for the age verification because it was going as a gift to someone and they wanted their age verification not my age verification. Anyway we solved the situation second of all I paid extra money for priority mail and it came four days later, so honestly, I’m not gonna order from you guys anymore because you guys are not on top of the delivery date. You cannot speak agent when you want to talk to a human being. You either text or send an email which is very annoying.
