Experience was good. I just need to get tracking information a little bit quicker that what I have been receiving. It’s been taking about 2 days to receive it.

Great selection, one of the few online retailers that sells certain shisha tobacco and products at good prices. The shipping is fast and quick, even considering the winter season in the upper Midwest. However, the selection and stock availability is a problem. I have to order twice as much as I would normally if a product was in stock. I might not be able to order at times due to restocking issues.
Response from The Hookah LabJan 19, 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re glad you enjoy our selection, pricing, and fast shipping, even during winter conditions. We also appreciate your honesty regarding stock availability—restocking challenges can happen due to high demand and supplier timing, and we’re actively working to improve this. Your feedback helps us do better, and we truly appreciate your support.

Thank you so much for your continued support and kind feedback! We’re really happy to hear that your orders always arrive smoothly and that you can shop with confidence. We truly appreciate your suggestion about faster restocking — we’ll do our best to improve on that so we can earn that five-star rating from you next time!
