Honestly the product wasn’t the issue…
Honestly the product wasn’t the issue it’s the fact that it comes with 0 instructions as well as my hookah was missing two pieces . I’ve yet to hear back from the company and overall it was a gift for my sister who loves hookah so it was a bit upsetting to give her a gift and she couldn’t even get it set up correctly .,,

Got to choose my color!
So I had ordered a bowl a few months back and I accidentally received a different color scheme than what was in the picture. (Obviously whatever color is in the thumbnail, I know won't be identical to the one I received, but if I order a black bowl I don't expect a yellow one) So I sent an email to the support handle of the hookah lab. Double checking that it was going to be at least the same two colors that said were in stock and they actually sent me a picture showing me what they had in stock and I got to choose! Super happy with the communication, shipping and service with this supplier. I've been ordering for the last 6 months and I won't be stopping anytime soon.

Expedited Shipping Is A Scam
I paid for expedited shipping and it came the same as regular shipping.

Make sure that you wrote the full address because the post office will return the order!
There were problems with delivery, no one warned me and they also took a long time to answer, but the product is of excellent quality! Thank you!
