Clouds Everywhere!…
In my area all i can get as far as Shisha is Al Fakher which is wonderful, but i like Tangiers and Starbuzz occasionally. Hookah Lab has so much too choose from.I live in Michigan and my order is here within 5 days typically. Love The Lab!!!

from 31/8 untill now i don’t receive my order and they use bad shipping service and they take same shipping fees if they choose fast company like dhl and no one know when i will receive my shipment

Great experience with The Hookah Lab!
My order arrived quickly, and everything was perfect. I picked up four MustHave flavors: Pinkman, Tropic Juice, Lemon-Lime, and Strawberry-Lychee, and I've been really enjoying experimenting with different mixes. Great selection, fast shipping, and an easy shopping experience. I've already placed my second order! Highly recommend!

Bad customer service
Bad customer service! The delivery driver took my package back and they still keep saying they can’t be sure if it was returned after 2 months and won’t refund me. They keep sending me emails saying the same thing over and over again: ‘Hello, Thank you for waiting. We are still waiting for the package to arrive back to our warehouse. Best regards, Louis’ It’s been 2 months! They still won’t send me another product back or refund me! I received a notification within days that the package was returned! Unbelievable. So unprofessional and rude! The order was placed on July 24th. And returned and made it to Florida on July 31st. I still have no refund or credit or re shipment.
