No Christmas delivery!!
I ordered two books from Heirloom Books over a month ago and have still not received them. I’ve tried reaching out to the company, but they haven’t responded as of yet. It’s frustrating to see that my experience aligns with so many other negative reviews. There was no mention on their website that the books would be coming from China, which might explain the delay, but this lack of transparency is unacceptable. If I’d known, I wouldn’t have ordered. Very disappointed with their service and lack of communication.

Horrible - Items Never Arrived
Horrible! Ordered two books December 6. Said they’d be delivered in time for Christmas (within 7-10 days actually). Never arrived. No phone number. Emailed customer service, not yet replied.

Scam
This company is a scam as you can tell from the other reviews. Ordered over a month ago. I was provided a fake tracking number and items never showed up. Honestly debating on contacting legal on this company. I see so many people have been ripped off by them. Please make report to reportfraud.ftc.gov I did maybe it will help.

Ordered on 28th November hoping that…
Ordered on 28th November hoping that was plenty of time for a pre Christmas order... ohhhh how wrong I was. Emailed their customer service and had no response. Just waiting for the same copied and pasted response from them below. I'm so annoyed. Do not buy from this company.

Complete rip off!!!!
I placed the order on the 6th December as they stated it would arrive within 10 days. I checked tracking today and it is not even in transit and coming from China. If I had known it was coming from China, I would not have ordered them. Tried contact through their website a couple of times and not had a response. I just want a full refund now. They took the money when the order was placed.

Save yourself the disappointment and…
Save yourself the disappointment and heartache of dealing with this business. I placed an order for two books on the promise of delivery before Xmas. Plenty of time these were ordered in November. They provide a false tracking statement on the day of purchase and I've received nothing. The customer service is a joke and I've been asking for a refund for the last two weeks with no reply. Finally received a reply confirming they would refund and then they refused because they said the item is in transit which is bs because the tracking hasn't updated since 30 Nov. Cannot tell you how much you should avoid dealing with this business. **I don't need anything from you other than a refund** Will be delivered Monday but too late for Xmas present. Offered a refund if I return the item at my own cost.
