I ordered the blood test that I paid $127 on May 3-2026 and they were going to send the tube so that I could send the blood work back to them and they were going to contact me. As of today May 8-2026 I have not received anything but they also already took the money out. Now of Have to file a dispute on the $127.00 so I can get my money back. I did this on line when I saw and heard Dr Josh message.

This program has changed my life! I learned what my body needs to reduce inflammation and heal. I started this to lower my A1C but I got so much more out of this program. I lowered my A1C, eliminated all joint pain and muscle stiffness! I also have lost weight! I still need to lose more but I no longer look at the scale. I actually put the scale in the closet and haven’t weighed myself in months. Instead I pay attention to how my clothes fit and I have actually noticed more muscle strength. That is a much better measurement than a number on the scale! I highly recommend doing the work and following the program!!

I don’t even know where to begin. I was really at the end of my rope. As far as my health journey is concerned. I didn’t know what information to believe, how to eat, and how to stop this spiral I felt I was in. I got started with The Health Institute and really almost immediately, started feeling better and now four months in, I feel really well. My main concern was my blood blood sugar and I’ve dropped my A1c from 9.2 to 7 in under three months. As far as I’m concerned that is miraculous. I’m sleeping better, my acid reflux is gone, I feel like I have less stress and just generally feel healthier. The people I have had the pleasure of dealing with are very knowledgeable and thoughtful and I just feel like their customer service is outstanding. I would recommend this program if you feel really stuck in your health journey.

Being able to converse and resolve issues and questions was great

I went into this program desperate because nothing else I was doing seemed to be helping with my blood sugar issues. But within 2 1/2 months of strictly following his protocol my blood sugar A1C dropped down to 5 from 9.6!!! I was amazed. Within two weeks my inflammation was nearly gone. I no longer have to take any pain killers. It was such a wake up call to see what the proper foods could do for me! I felt like it was a pretty easy segway into this program as I had been on an extremely rigid diet for 2 1/2 months prior that wasn't working, but this gave me more food options and actually worked! I believe it is a plan that I can follow very closely for the future also. I have definitely never been hungry on this plan for sure. If you are in a desperate place, even though it isn't inexpensive, I believe it saved my life so it makes it worth it!
