I started my journey by doing g the sugar reset last summer although I've followed Dr. Axe for years. I was able to get rid of arthritis in my knee! Big win I continue to receive helpful info each week. I haven't plugged in as much as I should . But I'm now more engaged. I appreciate your staff's availability to us and I intend to take advantage of this service more. Thank you!

Think the health journey with Dr Axe's team has helped me but I am not where I want to be yet. I have decided to dig further into this journey & try another 4 1/2 month program.

This was great it help me heal my thyroid and pituitary glands and helped me get my energy levels back and helped my body to regulate my heat levels I was always hot not I am not and for the first time that I can remember I get cold sometimes

I gave this program a 4 only because my health issue was complicated, and I knew a lot coming in. Otherwise, it would have been a 5. The focus of CHR is really on nutrition with supplements. However, you can get answers to medical issues. Jenna, my health coach, Stevi, and Jennifer O. all were impactful in helping me put all the pieces together. Highly recommend attending as many live programs as possible. Additionally, the extra work you do to watch replays and read resources will be most beneficial. I am sure anyone signing up for this program is in real need health wise. I never experienced anything but pleasant providers that wanted to help. Wishing everyone who signs up much success. It is a process, but I experienced improvement.

I signed up for the $27 consultation hoping to jump start my road to being more healthy. I have been a loyal follower of Dr. Axe for years and love his passion. I attended the Zoom call which I thought would be a personalized discussion but it turned out to be a woman reading off a presentation who was not equipped to answer questions and actually yawning every few minutes while doing it. I received no useful information other than I was being "accepted" into the program, like I won a prize, but wait! it's going to be $3,000, $5,000 or $8,000 depending which level you choose. Oh, and wait! you have to decide NOW. So be ready for high prices and pressured decisions if you want to sign up for this. In retrospect, I have to put this in the bad decision column and will be paying for it for months to come (with interest). And, I am right back where I started. I thought I was investing in my health but what it got me was a box delivered to the door filled with 4 months of supplements, a generic eating plan (half of which I cant eat) and if there are any questions I can submit a ticket and will get an answer in a couple of days. For $3,000 (the cheapest basic plan) I really went from respecting the mission to feeling taken advantage of by a money making machine and I am truly disgusted with myself for getting sucked in. Sorry Dr. Axe, I respect your knowledge, but didn't enjoy sacrificing $3,000 I didn't even have and will be making payments on for months in exchange for a self guided tour. For that much money I expected some actual help. Extremely disappointed.

I just completely the 6 week reset program and it was a very positive experience. The health coach and Dr Axe were very knowledgeable and gave a lot of resources to help with many health issues. They genuinely care and strive to help people find solutions for their health issue but going to the root instead of masking the issue. For years I struggled with pre diabetes and for the first time in a while all my numbers were great! It is up to us to apply what knowledge is given.
