The practitioner, Michelle Pippert, was undoubtedly supernaturally assigned me. She was so encouraging and eager to find answers and help for me and get to the root cause. I am feeling so much better and things are steadily improving, thank God. I do wish I’d been able to take better advantage of the calls. I could rarely make the live ones and just couldn’t find the access through the portal. Finally, someone put a link on the Facebook post for me, and that is how I heard a number of them. But I missed an awful lot and don’t think I’m allowed to catch up now. I find the portal confusing and just impossible to access those.

Michelle was so knowledgeable about everything I asked her. If she didn’t have an answer, she researched it and got back to me right away! I loved conversing with her!

I am grateful for the opportunity and ability to participate in the Health Institute’s program. Key milestones for me included learning to better understand the impacts of inflammation, the ingredients in my food, cleaning products, and personal care products, and reevaluating my relationship with added sugar, among many lessons. One of the best gifts was reducing my migraines; now, when I occasionally have one, it's manageable. I recognize this is a substantial investment. For me, that was worthwhile in that it provided foundational building blocks for my health journey. It is always progress over perfection, never shame, only learning and growth.

I’m so happy I found this group and my CHR practitioner Annie. I was worried at first that I wasn’t going to be able to do grains because my doctor who does Chinese Medicine says I need to have 40% in my diet which I have tested. She just showed me a better way to cook them and allowed for rice and oats. That’s all I need for going to the bathroom 🚽 without problems. Also she has navigated me with Leaky Gut protocol, “detox fog,” and now Menopause Protocol. I’m just in the beginning but have see the results that I was concerned about (bruising that won’t heal for months, getting a cold every time I worked out, menopause weight gain, etc)…Can’t wait to see the finished results of my transformation. I love the group support and seeing Dr Axe each week in a Zoom call to ask direct questions. Very helpful also to learn from others. Love this journey. I think you would too.

Changes 5/ I came into the program because over the years I've received understanding on how important nutrition is to the body's performance . I made decisions on what I knew and now I've received a lot more information. As I've been applying this new information my body has already been experiencing some positive effects. Some places where I had been experiencing body discomfort, are becoming more and more comfortable. My energy levels have increased..I have to be consistently attentive to make sure I'm receiving the protein that my body has need of. I'm very thankful for the support that (Sheny) my practitioner has given during this journey. I know I have a number of weeks left and I'm still expecting more positive results as I apply the information that is given. I want to say a big thank you to the team.

A better way to apply my knowledge of food as a healing tool and paying attention to how foods affect my body

I really believe the Health Institute has a calling from God. They really want to do the work of healing and guiding us to heal. This is very much swimming upstream from the conventional American medical system who just want to prescribe a drug. I am so thankful for Dr Axe and his journey to get here and for my practitioner Thomas Gilliford who is so knowledgeable and compassionate.
