Having one on one zoom meetings with my practitioner was very helpful. Linda Olatunde is very knowledgeable and keeps me on track and full of instructions and suggestions. That makes it so much easier to navigate through this program. She is there to keep me accountable. The lists for the food and the full menu options are perfect for busy people as myself. There are soo many other resources to use such as other live and recorded sessions, Facebook groups, etc to help also. I have learned soo much from this program and will have all of this knowledge to continue with for the years to come. It really changes how you think about your daily life habits, the food you eat and to create new healthy lifestyle habits. I would highly recommend this program!!!

I felt respected, heard, and treated with empathy. It is a program to help one recover their health, so it comes with a price tag, but honestly if I could come up with the money I'd be signing up. I really felt like my HEALTH was the most important thing, and not the money. And getting to the root cause of my issues instead of bandaiding the problem and then treating the side effects makes good sense to me. I wish our entire medical system worked this way.

I have been on the program for about 3 weeks. I have noticed less swelling on my ankle. I am sleeping great and my digestion system is working better, less burping, and bloated.
