I really enjoyed this program- I especially appreciated my sessions with Falyn. She was wonderful, very supportive, and always had suggestions and ways for me to dive deeper as I came into this program with quite a bit of prior health knowledge. The recipes were amazing and the plan was simple and easy to follow. Overall, I feel like it was a great experience and something I would do again given the chance.

I have dealt with chronic inflammation…
I have dealt with chronic inflammation for many years. The initial bloodwork results were very informative. Things were revealed that were never detected with conventional bloodwork. The plan has been well communicated and easy to understand and follow. The checkup calls with the practitioner have been very beneficial and practical as the plan has been tailored to my individual needs. And the results have been amazing. My body feels so much better as I have gotten rid of the inflammation. I have also lost 20 plus pounds. Great experience in all regards.

Worth it!
To experience the positive changes to your life overall, you must put in the work. Sachi has been a wonderful Practitioner for me- guiding me, educating me, encouraging me, and being my accountability to put in the work to get so many benefits back! More energy, clearing skin, less bloating in just 6 weeks. But I have to do the work. Each decision made towards better overall health is humbling and building self mastery for the long term in all areas of self. Thank you!

Not for the Faint of Heart
THI is a very detailed health experience. While it may seem overwhelming at first, there are more than enough resources to help you along, from recipes, to mindset work, to others walking the path with you, and very knowledgeable practitioners. I do believe that you have to mentally be in a place where you are finally ready to do something about your health. This is not an easy commitment. It is a financial and a mental commitment. It can be done, and done well, when one is ready.
I have so many more tools in my tool box now. Food is no longer my enemy. I am thankful to Dr. Axe and his team for all of the work they put into developing this program.

Good to do your own research.
I liked the concept of the program and how it broke it down into smaller chunks to understand, but I wish they would have included the entire body and how systems affect other systems, and how they work together. I felt the calls with the counselor were rushed. I had to prepare questions a head of time and didn’t get through my list before the call was ending. I know you can email too, but I like the face to face interaction. Then there is the price basically a little over $2000 per month for 4 months. If you have the money, try it but be willing to put in the work. If you just eat healthy Whole Foods, stay away from processed foods and take good supplements, drink plenty of water and electrolytes you may not need the program but it’s more than just the dietary they cover mind body rest, other ways to relax etc but if you put in your time and research which they have done most of it for you. I did get some good coaching from my coach which gave me areas to research more on my own. It’s really a decision each and everyone must make based on their strengths and weaknesses. If you are good at researching and making good choices I say you can do it on your own and save yourself a ton of money.

Very thankful for this experience
Very thankful for this experience. Before the program I was dealing with hormonal imbalances that included fatigue, brain fog, poor sleep, painful periods, low-cortisol, acne, moody swings and more. I had tried eating healthy and staying active (for several years) but nothing seemed to fix it. I’ve always been active. My favorite things to do are hiking and biking but overtime is felt like doing those would wiped me out. I struggled to even make it through a work day.
I heard about this program through an Instagram ad and decided it was something I wanted to try.
This program has taught me so much. A key take away was learning to slow down in order to create a safe space for my body to heal. Turns out my body was giving me all the signs of burnout but instead I was convinced I just needed to try harder. It was hard at first to slow down but I decided to trust the processes and I’m so thankful I did. I’m finally back to doing the things I love and I couldn’t be more excited about that! My energy levels are higher than they have been in years. I sleep through the night and actually wake up feeling rested. My mind is clear and functioning so much better. I’m thankful for the resources provided through the program. I’ve really been enjoying the recipes provided. This was the full body reset that I needed.

My Story...honor God & seek the right counselors!
Today is my graduation day from The Health Institute’s Cellular Health Regenerator Program and I am so thankful for this program. I would like to share a bit of my journey in hopes that it might inspire others who are seeking help on their journey.
This program has been a real answer to prayer for me. I have been seeking true freedom from a lifetime of struggle with my weight and have taken some very extreme measures to lose weight…many have been successful as I have lost over 100 lbs. twice, but that success was only for a time! I truly believe God allowed me to regain most of what I had previously lost so that my freedom and testimony would be attributed to Him. Proverbs 11:14 says "Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counselors there is safety". I had been seeking counsel from the wrong sources and then God led me to Dr. Josh Axe and The Health Institute.
Last September, I found Dr. Josh Axe being interviewed on TBN about the release of his new book, the BiblioDiet (co-authored by Jordan Rubin). Not only did Dr. Axe explain that the Bible gives us instruction on what to do for a healthy body, he also explained the science behind it. Everything I had ever tried focused on telling me WHAT to do, yet none seem to answer the question of WHY they were telling me to do it. I was immediately impressed that Dr. Axe was explaining the WHY! I believe this is important because understanding will enable me to make wise decisions for the rest of my life. I started following him on social media and learned about the Health Institute. While weight loss was a primary catalyst for me, ultimately, I wanted to be healthy and to honor God with my body. I learned that no matter what I did, cellular health was critical to any type of long-term success. After prayer and what I believe to be a divine orchestration of events, I started the Cellular Health Regenerator program offered by the Health Institute. It has truly been amazing and my Nutrition Practitioner, Beth D. is the best!!! Beth has been a wonderful source of information; she always answered my questions and explained the WHY behind all recommendations. She provided guidance and paid attention to my unique health issues by doing research before giving counsel. Beth has been a great encourager and source of strength…a real partner to guide me on this journey, a true blessing who exceeded my expectations! All the resources, education, and community provided by the program has definitely been worth the investment to me!!!
I thought you might also want to know that I have had numerous health “wins” during this program, many I never had attributed to what I put in my body. To name just a few; I haven’t had an IBS-D (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) attack since I started, my skin is less dry and is smoother, the tingling and numbness in my hands has almost completely stopped, no more bloating, no more cravings and YES…I have lost weight, 46 pounds to be exact.
One of the most surprising things was how easy it was, I never expected going gluten free, dairy free and sugar free would be easy, because I love them all! Matthew 11:30 says “For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” I have found this to be true …trusting God, seeking to honor Him, while partnering with the multitude of counselors at The Health Institute has been a true blessing! This program is so different than anything else I have ever done…I am now armed with the information, tools, and wisdom necessary for a lifetime. I can’t wait to see where the rest of my journey takes me…it is only the beginning!
I give God the glory for my success and thank Him for bringing Dr. Axe, The Health Institute Program, Beth D. and the entire team into my life. We all need help and no doubt your journey will be different than mine...I hope by my story inspires you to step out in faith and begin!
