Our dogs love the food and devour it every meal time. The variety is great but we just wish it was cheaper so we could feed them just Happy Howl.

The process was easy . I was impressed that I was able to speak to a customer service rep to answer my questions as a first time buyer. I love the fact that I do not need to keep this in the freezer and thaw prior to giving it to my dog. The concept is welcomed and I hope the food taste just as good as my previous natural food company. unfortunately you had to wait for a call back when you left a message. Didn’t like that at all.

My dog loves the food. I have never seen him chomping at the bit when he hears me getting his bowl ready! He comes running from wherever he is and comes and sits right next to me while I’m putting the food in his bowl with his tail wagging away! Their customer service is second to none and everyone has been very kind, friendly and always extremely helpful and prompt when you email with a question.
