Love the packaging
Love the packaging, makes very easy to do the portions for my 2 dogs. Love that it doesn't take up freezer space. Tried 2 other maol order dog food and my dogs did not eat them.

Shipments seem to be faster than they were. Dogs love the taste. It's pretty convenient since no refrigeration is required unless opened

My Shih Tzu loves the food
My Shih Tzu loves the food. I think the lamb is his favorite. Not only do you take care of my dog you take care of me. When I had two subscriptions by mistake, you caught it and let me know that there were two subscriptions so that I could cancel one of them that’s a company I like to deal with. Thank you

Best customer service! Email in real time with their customer service dept - not a real problem, just my finicky dog turning up his nose to one flavor all of a sudden and I wanted to switch to a two flavor box. So nice & helpful
