My dog is a picky eater but he ate…
My dog is a picky eater but he ate Happy Howl’s food immediately. I rated 4 only because I just started feeding him this food - only time will tell. I love the express delivery service and the convenience of not having to thaw the food. Having it ready to serve is a plus. Looking forward to when I can give this product 5 stars.

The Happiest choice made
Happy Howl is the best choice I made about a year ago for my babies. I have tried every dog food and this one is the one that makes my babies happy. It is so convenient to order and especially to store. I have those other “fresh” foods but never have enough room in my freezer. There is always room in the pantry or closet for this. The Happiest choice we have made

Two adjusting to a new taste.
My dogs are trying to adjust to the new taste. I gave 4 stars because I don’t like the packs.

Dogs love it, my back does not.
Dogs love the food and it’s easier to use than our previous fresh option but only 4 stars because it ships on a 50lb box that I can’t move. 15 trips later it’s all put away.

Delivery and the product is great
Delivery and the product is great. Sometimes I feel my answers on the amount of the product or changes I need aren't answered. For example: why can't you just order 1 product like the beef stew and not the other 2 products. I have an overwhelming amount of lamb product and just needed the beef product. Maybe you need to consider that an option is to have just one product price.

The ordering and delivery went great, but there seems to be more fillers in the food lately, instead of the actual expensive protein that we're paying for. Please explain.

We completely understand your concern, but please rest assured that we have made absolutely no changes to our recipes, suppliers, or manufacturers! Delivering the highest quality, protein-rich nutrition without cheap fillers is our top promise to you and your pup. Because natural ingredient textures can occasionally vary slightly from batch to batch, we would love to inspect what you received. Could you please send photos of the food and the lot code stamped on the top of the carton to [email protected]? Our quality assurance team will investigate this immediately!
