"Oh no, we are so sorry to hear that the Turkey and Beef recipes weren't a hit with your fur babies! Just like us, some pups have very specific preferences when it comes to their favorite proteins. Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us, so we would love to connect and see how we can make this right. Please drop us a line at [email protected] so we can look up your account and assist you!

We completely understand your frustration—when you invest in a subscription, every single carton counts, and you deserve to have your full order arrive in perfect condition. We want to clarify that we added your free replacement carton directly onto your next subscription shipment so it would travel safely to you. Our records show that this combined order—including your normal subscription plus the extra replacement carton—was successfully delivered to you this past Monday! We truly appreciate you sending over that photo, and please let us know if you have any questions about the shipment.

Thank you for the wonderful feedback on our food. We apologize for the duplicate shipment. A second subscription was active under your account as of June 12th, but we have successfully resolved this for you. You now have only one active subscription going forward. Because you have plenty of food to keep your pup happy for a while, we have postponed your next delivery so that it will not process until December 25th. Thank you for your patience, and please let us know if you need anything else!

Thank you so much for chatting with us on the phone. We are so sorry that our recipes didn't turn out to be the right fit for your three pups! We completely understand that every pack has its own unique tastes, and we want to confirm that we have canceled your subscription per our conversation. We truly appreciate you giving our kitchen a try, and we wish you and your dogs the absolute best in finding a food they love!

We are thrilled that the food is a hit with your dogs, but we are so sorry for the frustration caused by the shipment timing. Our goal is to make mealtime convenient, not stressful! Our system sends out an automated upcoming order notification two days before a box processes to provide a window for any changes or pauses. We want to make sure we get this right for you moving forward. If you'd like to push your next delivery date out or change how often your orders ship, please let us know and we will get that taken care of for you immediately.

Thank you so much for the feedback on our packaging and fast delivery! We are so glad everything arrived beautifully, but we are so sorry to hear that your pup is turning up his nose at all three recipes. The good news is this is actually pretty common and there are a few things we can try to help encourage your pup again. Feeding Tips to Try -Start small & mix in: Try mixing a small amount of the food with something your pup already enjoys (like their previous food) and gradually increase the amount over a few days -Warm it up: Slightly warming the food can enhance the aroma and make it more enticing in a microwave safe bowl for 10 seconds (NOT in the packaging) -Add a topper: A splash of warm water, low-sodium bone broth, or even a little plain boiled chicken can help spark interest -Stick to a schedule: Offer the food for about 15–20 minutes, then pick it up if your pup doesn’t eat. This can help reinforce mealtime routines -Hand feeding (short-term): Sometimes offering a few bites by hand can help reintroduce the food in a positive way Let us know if you’d like to give these a try, and we're here to support you every step of the way! Giving your dog time to transition to Happy Howl means you’re giving their body the chance to adjust gently, leading to better digestion, improved energy, and long-term health benefits.

We are so happy to hear that your pup loves our recipes, but we’re sorry to hear the beef stew felt a bit too soupy this time around! Because we use real, whole-food ingredients without heavy artificial thickeners, natural batch variations can occasionally happen—though it should still have a great texture. We want to look right into this for you, so could you please email a couple of quick photos of the beef consistency to [email protected]? Our team will jump right on it to make sure you and your pup are completely taken care of!
