First taste my dog seemed to like, however, when again offered she rejected it. I thought it smelled like dog food from a can but food was just in a box instead of can. I tried two flavors over two weeks with no improvement with my dog wanting it. No complaints with service.

The company could improve by offering a discounted rate for returning customers.

Trying to change future orders to 8 weeks instead of 6 weeks. My. Buddy has adapted to the food but it took a long time. He is not sure of the fragrance of the food.

I bought the sample pack to just try out the product and see if the dogs liked it. I didn't see any statements when I bought it that a full subscription would start after that purchase…so eventually I was charged for food I didn’t want and it was shipped before I could cancel it. ORIGINAL STATEMENT: [I did not get an email saying it was about to be processed so I could have the opportunity to cancel it, or if I did it was absolutely not clear.] EDIT: Lookijng back in my emails, I *did* receive one email from Happy Howl that they were going to ship the order, however I missed it. And it was only one email, not several. Just really poor communication. When I reached out to ask about returning the product (cause I don’t wanna waste the food) I did not inquire about getting my money back. The first response was because I got the sample pack it couldn’t be returned, but normally Happy Howl has a 30 day return policy. I replied that I wasn’t trying to return the sample pack, I was trying to return the full subscription order that I didn’t know I was signing up for just by trying out the product. They responded saying because the food delivery is in a subscription, it’s not covered by the return policy. Which is troubling…the food is only on a subscription service - how does that return policy mean anything outside of random treats or toys from the online store? Regardless - when I was told I couldn’t get my money back, it still didn’t answer my question - can I return the food so it doesn’t go to waste? Or can I donate it to a shelter? They got back to me days later saying I could donate it. Long story already too long; y’all are getting two stars instead of one cause the food seems well made and the dogs like it; however being suckered into a subscription plan left an incredibly bad impression. We’ve gone elsewhere. Hope this helps.

Only ordered a sample pack but they automatically signed me up for the monthly subscription that I did not want. The food itself my dog loved so 5 stars for food but 1 for charges I didn’t want.

Not sure yet if my dog likes it.

Too Expensive and you even charged me an additional ten dollars. This may have been my last order!
