Happy HowlWhere it started:Rocky changedeverything andI never set out to start a dog food company. My husky Rocky had the worst stomach on the planet. Years of vet visits, prescription diets, and hundreds spent on premium food brands. We tried everything. Nothing worked. So I decided to build it myself. 36 recipe iterations. Countless hours with vets and nutritionists. All chasing one question: what’s the best food we could possibly make for a dog? When we finally got it right, Rocky was the proof. He hasn't been sick in over 18 months. He runs three miles with me every morning. That's the standard every Happy Howl bowl is held to. Nothing less.Colin Buckley– Founder

We are so glad our team could help get all your questions answered! First impressions mean a lot to us, and we cannot wait for sweet Priscilla to give her meals a try. Crossing our fingers for clean bowls and a big paws-up from her! Thank you for giving us a chance, and please let us know how her very first taste test goes!

My dog eats the food and that’s important. Charlie has cancer and is a picky eater, so his willingness to eat pleases me greatly.
Response from Happy HowlAug 2, 2026
Keeping Charlie nourished and happy is what matters most! We know how hard it can be to navigate a health journey like cancer, and seeing a dog with a picky appetite clear his bowl is such a comforting victory. We are sending so much love and strength to you and Charlie, and we are truly honored to play a small part in keeping him well-fed!

Initially my puppy did not gravitate to it. I contacted the company. They gave me suggestions. I tried them. The bowl is clean. He loves it! So again I would suggest this if someone's got a picky either. This is it

Talk about a complete turnaround! We know how stressful it can be when a puppy turns their nose up at mealtime, so we are absolutely thrilled that our team's tips helped unlock clean-bowl success. Thank you so much for sticking with it, sharing your experience, and recommending us to fellow parents of picky eaters!
