If you'd like to try a couple of simple tricks to help them enjoy the rest of the package, warming it slightly in the microwave for 5 seconds to boost the scent or mixing a small spoonful into their favorite wet food can make a huge difference! Oh, the classic picky pup struggle—it can be so stressful when they change their minds after day one! Sometimes a slow transition or warming a serving up for a few seconds to release the tempting scents can help get them back on track. We also hear you on the packaging! Because we don't use preservatives, our cartons have to be extra heavy-duty to protect the food on the shelf, which can make getting every last bit out a bit of a challenge. Because we prioritize sourcing premium, whole-food ingredients and cook them in small, highly regulated batches, our costs and shipping logistics are slightly different than larger-scale brands. We know how frustrating it is to pay a premium when your pup isn't enthusiastically cleaning her bowl!
