My Dogs just would not eat it.

Where it started:Rocky changedeverything andI never set out to start a dog food company. My husky Rocky had the worst stomach on the planet. Years of vet visits, prescription diets, and hundreds spent on premium food brands. We tried everything. Nothing worked. So I decided to build it myself. 36 recipe iterations. Countless hours with vets and nutritionists. All chasing one question: what’s the best food we could possibly make for a dog? When we finally got it right, Rocky was the proof. He hasn't been sick in over 18 months. He runs three miles with me every morning. That's the standard every Happy Howl bowl is held to. Nothing less.Colin Buckley– Founder

My Dogs just would not eat it.

I can’t give less than 2 stars cause I do believe everyone makes mistakes and shouldn’t be held against them. I ordered and it took 10 days to arrive and unfortunately arrived while I was out of town and didn’t receive it till day 14. I don’t feel it’s safe to feed un-refrigerated food that’s been out for at least 2 weeks. So for now I’m just out the food and the money. Sorry but you asked.

Thank you for the grace in your review, and we completely understand why a two-week delay would make you hesitate! We want to ease your mind right away: because our meals are entirely shelf-stable and sealed for safety, they do not require refrigeration at all until they are opened. Even after sitting out for two weeks, your delivery is perfectly fresh, safe, and ready to serve. We are sorry for the shipping delay that disrupted your schedule, but we hope your pup gets to enjoy their meals now that you are back!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your order experienced a slow delivery and that our recipes didn't hit the mark with your pup. We understand how frustrating it is to wait for a shipment only to have your dog turn up their nose at the food. We appreciate you giving us a try, and we wish you the best in finding a routine that works for your dog!

They charges me 3 dollars for a piece for 3 zip lock backs and 18 dollars a piece per food container

Thank you for letting us know your thoughts. It's completely understandable to look at the total cost of a shipment and feel the weight of that investment, especially when looking at how everything breaks down. We pour a lot into sourcing high-quality ingredients and durable packaging, but we definitely hear your feedback on the overall expense. Thanks for sharing your honest take with us!

Received a subscription order for 18 packs of food. Package was damaged and only 2 packs arrived. Sent photos and several emails only to be told they will not replace or refund the order. Good food, horrible customer service policies. Cancelled my subscription.

Wow, stories like yours are exactly why we do what we do! It sounds like your little guy has been through so much, and we are so incredibly happy that our food is giving him that spark at mealtime and helping him look for seconds. Knowing that your old girl is polishing off her bowl too is just fantastic. Thank you so much for taking the time to share your lovely family with us, and we are sending so much love and hope for his continued health!

Price was great but the ingredients are not. My grand dog would not eat it, I'm glad I only ordered the sample pack.

My dog didn't like the food. Containers are difficult to get food out of.

We’re truly sorry that the food wasn't a hit and that the packaging has been frustrating. To make serving a breeze, we recommend opening the top flaps fully and giving the carton a firm squeeze from the bottom, or simply cutting the container open to scoop it out cleanly. We want you to love your experience, not be annoyed by it!
