I paid 19.00 for shipping and still…
I paid 19.00 for shipping and still haven’t received it.. I would think at 19.00 that’s no more then 2 days I would wait. It’s been 6 days!

Risk your dogs life
You send me the wrong food and expect me to pay to print a label and tape it up and return it. Take time out of my day. Now I have to wonder is my dog getting returned food that is potentially tampered with. One needle prick and bacteria gets in and my dog gets sick

Great food, worst shipping box.
First off the cardboard box you use is way too thin for the weight of 36 little containers of food. The next thing is one piece of tape was used to seal the box. The bottom of the box had partially come open. Two of my food containers were crushed, but nothing was coming out. You need to show your employees how to box your product. And get thicker cardboard boxes. The food is amazing and my dog loved it, but the way it shipped was horrible. So that’s why I’m giving one star.

I ordered 18 you sent me 48 you say but…
I ordered 18 you sent me 48 you say but only 46 in the box So you triple billed my credit card and then shorted me two boxes You got a clown answering the phone and can’t take an order correctly I have two little Pekingese’s they could never keep up eating 48 boxes of your food and my budget just don’t allow it I had to borry money this month for bills because you murderer my refit card balance and you wi to take the food back when I talked to you you pretty well just gave me a middle finger I told you look at my previous order which you did and verified 18 boxes but you had to make your numbers for the month I guess I got slammed with 46 billed for 48. You were very rude by telling me what I ordered but u specifically talked to someone I did not order online

Buyers Beware!!!
Beware of this company's misleading business practices! Even though invited to buy a sample pack with a coupon, their "satisfaction guarantee" and "money-back guarantee" doesn't apply to purchases made with coupons! But you can't know this important information before you purchase, because it's never made clear in their offer, or at check-out, or ANYWHERE for that matter. Their response? Take it to an animal shelter if your dog doesn't like it. But you're not getting your money back.

my dog is a picky eater
my dog is a picky eater, and really refuses to eat any dog food. we`ve tried them all. store, online even some home cooked dog meals. he'll only eat red meat with bone. found stew meat is his deal.

Samples are only that - Samples
Tried their sample packages. The variety was good but the boxes were small. If that is their full size product it is not worth the price. The sample pack was about #30.00 for the 3 samples. My dog weighs 28 pounds and devoured 1 box within a few minutes, and was still very hungry. For the price I just feel it would not be cost effective for me. I need something with larger portions for less money.
