Horrible customer service. It says 30 day money back guarantee. Well my dog won't eat it. He has cancer so I thought I would try this "human grade food". He didn't like it so when I finally got someone in customer service I was told I couldn't return it because I got a 40% discount...you can't call because they have no phone number so I have been chatting with a very rude Clyde. He basically told me to accept it that I can't return it and donate it to someone..in process of getting my money back thru my credit card .they said they will take legal action??? Seriously!!!

Happy Howl has somehow put me on an automatic reorder every 2 weeks. I did not sign up for that. I have replied to their emails numerous times and gone on the website to customer service. It says they will respond within 24 hours and I have NEVER received a reply. My credit card is being charged $89. every 2 weeks. I have a dispute in for them currently and today there was another $89 charge on my credit card. I would not recommend doing business with a company that has non existent customer support. I had to have my credit card company block them in addition to filing a dispute of the charge.

I purchased this with a 30 day guarantee. I opened one package and it smelled wierd and of course my dog would not eat it. I have reached out to their BOT team RubyLyn multiple times. She said that she could refund me 50% until I reminded her of the 30 guarantee. She then said ok and it was closing time on Friday. Said she would get back to me. I tried again multiple times today, Monday and they left me hanging on the chat for a very long time. Hold on let me check on that they said, and never returned. Now they are closed. How do these companies even get in business? I would like a full refund. I am happy to put negative reviews on every site possible until I do. Thank you! NOW THEY INSULT ME IN THEIR REPLY BELOW!!!! They made me take a quiz which told me which meals to choose and offered the discount upfront. Why would one assume when they advertise both side by side that it voids the refund. You send spoiled food and expect paying customers to just deal with it? Then you tell me you will give me a refund and ignore me, then take back your word! I hope my review saves a lot of others from your crooked company!

Refund finally received. It was confirmed the package was received to the supplier. All the back and forth completely unecessary. Company needs to improve on customer service, and customer relations. Very disorganized and unprofessional in how everything was handled. I wish the company success in the future but until customer service is improved, I would use Caution.

First off, my dog would not touch it! I took a picture of him rejecting the food, as requested and asked for a full refund. AFTER cancelling, you proceeded with sending me another box! I called customer service, I told them I am returning TWO BOXES, one for $54 and one for $89.99. You only sent me one return label for initial box, so I returned the second box unopened and labeled return to sender. I was refunded $54 for initial box but nothing for $89.99 box. I have emailed and NO RESPONSE, so I have file a claim with my bank.

MUCH, MUCH TOO EXPENSIVE FOR ME no matter how good it is for my 3 pound chihuahua. The original order was approximately $100 Canadian for 6 boxes. When it arrived there was a $40.00 (approx) duty charge. At that price I will not purchase again.

To hard to get any customer service. Would not recommend.
