I love the quality and variety of the food. So far my picky eater loves it too. Although he eats them all without coaching, he seem to like the turkey the best. It feels good to finally find a food that he likes.😁

Not sure.
Well, I give the whole company 5 stars for everything but there are still some things about it all that have drawbacks such as the boxes are really inconvenient. They are hard to open and they are to narrow and to deep. You wind up getting food on your fingers and all over the spoon handle and tearing the tab off of the top takes a pair of pliers to get it torn off. I'm not downing the company, just pointing out things that I believe other people are having the same issues as I do. Also, my French Bulldog is still not wanting to eat the food. I have slowly introduced it with his regular food, I've heated it up, I've mixed things like tuna fish, salmon, pieces of chicken, chunks of cooked meat and he still refuses to eat it until he gets so hungry that he has to eat it. I feel like it is a wonderful good food for dogs but he just has a problem with it. I think I need to put a pause on my monthly schedule for a couple of months and see if I can get him to eat what has been delivered. I'm not giving a bad review because I think Happy Howl is a wonderful company. It's probably the one dog in the world that is super picky that sank the ship. Our packaging is designed to keep food fresh shelf-stable, but squeezing from the base up or using kitchen scissors on the top tab definitely makes mealtime less messy. Love the packaging & shelf life
Love the packaging & shelf life. Meryt (Austrailan Shepherd) loves it, I used it as a meal but mostly as a topper on her dry food.

They helped me decide what kind of food to order my picky eater and when I had a problem with my shipment, they solved it right away, by returning my email promptly. I now have 2 dogs to feed and they eat it right down!!
