Had high hopes.
Good packaging I guess. but My dogs so far won't eat it. Expensive test I guess. IS it a good test,, I don't know. I'll try it on a new dog we are getting, and see how it goes.

Misleading Marketing Questions
Not sure the point of asking all of your individual pet breed question and age. I ordered 1/2 orders for my adult Doberman. I also ordered food for a 10 week English Bulldog. When the food arrived all the food is exactly the same!! The packaging on each box don't indicate if it's for my puppy or adult dog!! Makes no sense. You either false advertise or just mislead your customers into believing they are ordered food with specific benefits for the age and breed of your dog. I gave 3 stars because the dogs like the food, but I will be canceling my subscription.

My dogs really like your food!
My dogs really like your food. However, when we went to the package with the 2 different flavors, the price nearly doubled! Also, it would be nice if you could pick the 2 flavors that come in the package. The Lamb is the favorite but the Beef stew is the least favorite. They prefer the Turkey.

Firstly let me say the product itself is wonderful, would recommend that 5 stars, dog loves it, no refrigeration and it looks like real food as opposed to dog food. What causes me to give 3 stars is the auto shipping. I purchased 98 boxes and received them within a few days of my order then within a day or two of receiving it I got a notification that my next autoship of another 98 boxes was scheduled for an additional $300+. I went online and managed my subscription but have been getting incessant emails about reordering. My dog gets 1 box a day, this is going to last me a good amount of time, please temper the number of emails you send to new people as its rather annoying.

Kobe will Only eat the dog food when he’s really hungry and there’s nothing else to eat

Try gently warming his food before serving to release those natural juices, or top it with a tiny sprinkle of his favorite dog-safe treat or warm water! Transitioning to structured meal times also builds anticipation so he looks forward to eating. We are cheering Kobe on and hope these small adjustments bring back his appetite!

You would have gotten 5 stars IF you…
You would have gotten 5 stars IF you had sent this order in 2 boxes as I requested. I had to get someone to help me move this box inside and he—HE— could barely lift it.
