Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this has caused. We completely understand your concern regarding the charge and the unwanted shipment. When you ordered your first case you checked out with "subscribe and save" vs placing a one-time order. When you click subscribe and save this automatically creates a subscription for you and ships out orders based on the shipping frequency you choose. Your shipping frequency was set for every 4 weeks. We also send upcoming order notifications 2 days prior to your order shipping. If you do not cancel the order within those 2 days we can not stop the order. It looks like your subscription is now cancelled, so you do not need to worry about any charges or orders moving forward. Thank you for giving Happy Howl a try!
