We recommend starting by mixing a small amount of Happy Howl with their previous food and gradually increasing the Happy Howl portion over 5–7 days. Also, warming the food slightly can help enhance the aroma, which often encourages hesitant eaters. If your dog still refuses after a week, please reach out—we’re happy to provide additional tips to make mealtime a success.

We’re very sorry to hear that your dog didn’t enjoy the food. If an order is not canceled before the fulfillment and shipping date we are not able to stop the order. We send upcoming order emails and texts 3 days prior to fulfilling an order. If and order is not cancelled during this timeframe you will be charged.
