Puppy won’t touch it

We’re sorry to hear that your puppy isn’t enjoying Happy Howl. Sometimes it can take a little time for pets to adjust to a new food. We recommend gradually mixing a small amount of Happy Howl with your puppy’s current food and slowly increasing the amount over several days

Our Buddy just does not like dog food from anybody. We wish he did. That has nothing to do with your food. He just will not eat dog food. WE really do wish he would eat the dog food

My dog is not tolerating it well so I'm trying to cancel my subscription, but it tells you to put in my email and they will send you a code. And never get a code

I’m sorry you’re running into that issue! I recommend these next steps: 1. Check your spam/junk folder – sometimes the code email lands there. 2. Try a different browser or device – sometimes autofill or browser settings can interfere. 3. Contact Customer Support directly – reach out via email or live chat and let them know you’re trying to cancel [email protected]. Include your subscription email and order number if possible, so they can process it manually. Also, if you did not create a subscription you would not receive a code to log in. The codes will only be sent to customers with active subscriptions.

No communication… no answer and no way to cancel a 2nd subscription that I didn’t know exist. Write email and called but zero response at all.

The only way another subscription would be created is if you clicked "subscribe and save" on a second order. Otherwise our team does not have a way to create a second subscription on your behalf.
