Received 2 different kinds instead of 3
From the ad it was pictured as 3 different meals I received 2 of the same, the grandma's beef stew which so far my dog does not like I would like my money back my dog does not like this food.

I ordered and it never shipped
I ordered and it never shipped. I had to tell them and they have dropped the ball in either returning my money or shipping the product.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Ordered the sample and ended up with a subscription that I did not want. My dog does not like this food. Will not allow me to return shipment. I did not order.

If the subscription option is selected at checkout, the order will auto-renew unless canceled according to our subscription terms. We understand your dog didn’t enjoy the food. Due to safety and freshness standards, we are unable to accept returns on opened or consumed food. We recommend donating any unused portions to a local shelter or rescue so it doesn’t go to waste. I ordered a 1 time order and I am getting it every month and there are no options to cancel. I sent an email but have not received a response. Even if I was thinking about extending I will not. Please do not send me any more!

Don't fall for subscription scam!!!
I wrote a review 10/22/2025 regarding delivery of the product. I was asked by the company on 09/21/2025 to give them another chance. I did and the delivery was the same. Today, 10/26/2025 I receive an email stating unless I can subscribe, they can't address the special instructions for the delivery. I have been ordering paying full price since June 2025. The delivery person can't walk up the steps and put the boxes next to my front door. Common since tells me to pay full price for the food instead of subscribing to subscription scam!!! I was also told that I had only bought the food once. This company is a scam.

Worst Customer Service Ever!
My dog died before the food arrived. I was told i could either return or donate the food for a full refund. I donated the food to a local rescue and let the company know but they then told me refunds were only available had the food been returned. I even showed them the message where I was told i could donate and all I got was "sorry for the miscommunication". Take my advise and stick with Chewy or Farmers Dog who provide refunds with no questions asked!

I’m very sorry for your loss. I understand how frustrating this situation must be, especially under such difficult circumstances. To clarify, we do offer refunds in these circumstances. Our policy is that refunds are processed once items are returned to us to ensure safety and freshness standards. If you request a shipping label from our team and take the food to a local UPS, UPS will send the food back to us and then we offer the refund. We apologize for any prior miscommunication suggesting donation would automatically qualify for a refund. We truly never intend to add stress during a time like this. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration to improve our communication going forward.

As a reminder, our 30-day refund policy only applies to full-price purchases, and unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for discounted items or subscriptions that were not canceled within the designated time frame. We do send an “upcoming order” email two days before fulfillment, which allows customers the opportunity to make changes or cancel before the order ships. Once an order has been fulfilled, we are unable to stop it or issue a refund. We understand this may be frustrating and appreciate your feedback. We recommend donating any unopened food to a local shelter to ensure it is enjoyed safely by another pet. Thank you for understanding,
