Overall, I really like the product; however, I wish it didn't have grain. The reason I gave Happy Howl a try was to change from freezer to shelf stable and it was pretty close to her other food. My pup seems to like the food but consistently leaves a lot of the rice in the bowl, where with her previous food she picked the bowl clean.

My pups love the food, but it's expensive and the packaging is a nightmare when you have to try and get equal portions out for both Dachshunds.

My dogs love this food and I love the convenience, however, the shipping boxes are not strong enough to handle the food. I lost a whole box of food due to a smashed up box. Some boxes were missing, they must have fallen out the hole.Some boxes were moldy because they were opened and some were just squished empty. Other than that, it's great food.

Pros - low fat content Cons - do not like the packaging - could be easier.

I was so delighted to see the spoon and baggy included. It really makes handling the boxes of that delicious dog food much easier. My very picky little girl has grown to love the dog food so well, that I am amazed at her increased interest and appetite. So relieving after trying so many foods where she turned up her nose and refused.

I received the product about a week after ordering it. I only opened one unit and discovered that my chihuahua is allergic to wheat flour, an ingredient in this product. The wheat flour caused my dog to itch like crazy. Because of the wheat flour, I won't be ordering this product again.

My dog absolutely loves your food. She jumps around, plays with her squeaky, and does the 2-legged circus stand. So far she's only tried one flavor (lamb) but I am certain she will like the turkey & beef just as well. However, there are two issues I have: (1) The amount of time to receive a shipment & the method of shipping. I really shouldn't complain abut the time since it was my first time ordering after a test trial & I obviously waited too long before ordering. However shipping by USPS is normally slower and they do not deliver to the door. I ordered 25 boxes which came in one HEAVY box to my community mailbox. Would have been nice to get it at the front door. (2) My second issue is the packaging. It is a royal pain to get the food out of that little box (& the spoon doesn't make any difference). After opening I put the remainder in a different container. This needs to be redesigned.
