I was exited to try this food and I bought a big Package for my Baby but he dont eat the food im tried many brands and it was my Hope he Like this but not he dont like it im sorry the good thing is my cat like it 🫣

I have four dogs
I have four dogs, three smaller breeds one large breed and not one single dog would even try this food. They took one sniff and walked away. I even left it then I mixed it with some of their other food and try it again. They refused all of the food will not buy this product again.

I had a batch that was spoiled from my…
I had a batch that was spoiled from my last order. I was promised by the customer service team that I would receive a replacement with my next shipment. I even followed up with them via email. My shipment arrived without the replacement. This is only my second order with happy how and so far I am not very happy.

My dog would not take one bite of this food of all 3 types provided. What a waste of money.

I ordered the 3 pack trial and was sent…
I ordered the 3 pack trial and was sent only 2 packs. When I reached out to customer service, they wanted “proof” of what was sent. By the time the got back to me, I had already recycled the box it came in, and taken the 2 packs of food and put in airtight, sealed canisters in the fridge and discarded the packaging. Ow, the won’t offer to send me the additional pack I ordered and paid for, or send me a credit. If it’s this much trouble in the beginning, I can’t and won’t do business this way. I have shared the box wasn’t damaged, and that this was an oversight on their part. It’s exhausting trying to make things right anymore.
