I canceled my subscription in July of 2025. On Dec 30 Happy Howl sent an order that I didn't authorize. $188.15 was taken out of my account right after Christmas. I have called twice and emailed twice with bo response.

Needs Better customer service. One order was sent back to sender and never got it but charged for it. Then, I accidentally placed two orders and immediately sent an email and called to cancel one of them. The response was sorry can’t do and now you can have enough food for 2-3 months. I specifically asked to cancel the duplicate order 5 minutes after placing .

I Apparently accidentally ordered the happy howl. I was checking them out and finding out prices and all that, and the next thing you know I have an order. So I immediately email them and let them know it was an accident and that I was not ready to purchase at this time. Someone sent an email back saying they understood , and it happens a lot and they refunded my money. About a week later, I get a notification that my happy howl order is on the way?And my bank was charged another ninety nine dollars and some odd cents. I immediately email them and let them know that I don't want this and why is this happening? None of this should have ever happened. They replied that I waited too long to email them and there's nothing they can do about it. So the money is still gone. Not very good business practice.
