I’m really glad we were able to make that part of your experience a good one. ❤️ I’m sorry the food wasn’t a hit with your pups, but if you’re willing to give it another try, I’d be happy to send over a few tips that can sometimes help. One thing worth trying is warming the food slightly in a microwave-safe bowl for about 10 seconds. It can bring out the aroma and make it a little more enticing, especially for picky pups. Thanks for giving Happy Howl a try! 🐾 We know sometimes it can take a little time for pups to get used to a new food or texture. One of our favorite things to suggest is warming the food slightly in a microwave-safe bowl for about 10 seconds (never in the carton) to bring out the aroma. You can also try mixing a small amount with a food Bodie already enjoys and gradually increasing it. Hopefully Bodie might give it another chance! ❤️

We are so thrilled that your pup loves the food, but we completely understand how overwhelming it is to end up with a dog food mountain! Looking at your account, having two active subscriptions early on definitely built up a big safety stock of food. Since your 15-lb pup eats 1/2 carton a day, 36 cartons a month is certainly more than enough! We would love to help you get this timing dialed in perfectly so you never have too much food taking up space. We can easily adjust your plan to one of these two options: Switch to an 18-pack shipping every 4 weeks Keep the 36-pack, but stretch shipments out to every 8 weeks We can also push back your next order date to give your dog plenty of time to eat through what you already have. Let us know which schedule sounds best to you, and we will update your account right away!
