Great product
The product was wonderful, but one thing that was a small problem, the packages were too small. He went through the food so fast,and he loved every bit. Thank you

Food seems very good
Food seems very good, it is easy to store and my dog transitioned to it with ease. Carton is difficult to open and hard to dispense all of the contents

Picky eater seems to like!
So far so good, still slowly introducing your food to our Ruby, she had a very sensitive stomach and seems to be doing ok with it.

Good product -poor communications
While my dog and I like this product, the subscription services are poor. Too often, the product is shipped prior to receiving the email notifying you of the chance to renew or delay. This means I have more product than I need. Automated emails should be consistent, but they aren't with Happy Howl.

Confusion due to extra order and myself being a non-tecky person.
I submitted an extra order while waiting on a missed order. There was quite a bit of confusion due to this which was no ones fault in particular. It did take a while to get straightened out. They did and always have gotten right to it to straighten it out ASAP. I have always been taken care of quickly as possible and friendly as well. Bea C.

I think the dog food is good
I think the dog food is good. Just wish they had a grain free version. Some versions have way too much rice.

We wanted to clarify that the rice in our recipe makes up only about 8% of the total ingredients. It’s included in a small amount to support digestion and provide a balanced source of energy. As for the blended appearance, that’s completely normal, it’s due to the high protein content from real meat and whole-food ingredients. We blend our meals to ensure every bite delivers consistent nutrition and flavor for your pup. Easy travel and storage, but with a big price tag.
The best part of the food is the ease of storage and travel, including the shelf life. Based on the eating recommendations, our smaller dog lost too much weight, so we had to adjust it; however, now that made it very expensive. Almost $19 per day to feed 2 dogs. Our larger dog enjoys it much more than our smaller dog. Lastly, if you place an order, make sure you have it going to the correct address, as customer service was pretty useless in helping change the address even though I called almost right away.
