My great dane is not picky at all but…
My great dane is not picky at all but when I got this food I tried different ways for a whole week my dog doesn't like it

At checkout, there are two options: a one-time purchase or a Subscribe & Save plan. It sounds like the Subscribe & Save option was selected. I recently ordered 3 cases of Happy…
I recently ordered 3 cases of Happy Howl. One case of each flavor. ALL of the beef ones that I have opened are spoiled. About 5 or 6. They have white (mold?) inside and smell very foul.

I’m subscribed for 36 count
I’m subscribed for 36 count. The stew beef was terrible product was hard and had different texture and color. I’ve tried the add water and heat and yes that would work after several minutes but it was the texture and the fact my dog didn’t like it. I’ve sent pictures and video and the reply from Clyde was to do what I had to do and store food in 40 or above which I do and that’s the reply

Bad customer service
I talked to customer service regarding the shipment but I never get any communication back. I accidentally selected variety pack instead of two variety pack and we don't use beef due to our religion. Hence, I wanted to check if anything can be done. The customer service advised that she will get back to me but there is NO reply.

I tried to cancel this order and got…
I tried to cancel this order and got locked out of my account! I need to return this and get a refund. My little yorkie is 16 and Ill and cant eat it. He just throws it up!
