Great customer service
I love receiving Healthy Howl! My Frenchies love the quality of food. Their health has improved, coat is shiny, and they are very happy with the switch! They act like they’re getting table food! Recently I had an issue with some packaging damaged boxes. I submitted a request to their customer service and they were prompt in responding and took care of the issue with utmost professionalism, patience and fairness. This company is a great place to do business with and they have a superb product! Keep it up!

Happy pups on Happy Howl
I have switched both my dogs on Happy Howl as feeding them dry kibble was not the way to go and my one pup just decided one day he wasn’t eating it anymore. I had to find a better solution and this was it. They are different pups now. They look forward to meal time every time. Even the picky eater. Since I have two 45 to 50 dogs eating this I have to have it shipped to me in Hawaii, yes Hawaii, bi-weekly and it works out for us. We never run out this way. Thank you Happy Howl for what you do for our pups wellbeing.

All of my littles love Happy Howl.. I’ve tried a few other fresh brands and I like the texture and shelf stability of Happy Howl the best..

Happy Howl Dogs!
The ease in receiving the food. You get alerts when it's shipped, on its way & when it's out for delivery. You also receive notice when it's delivered. I would like to know ahead of time when the order will be worked on so that I can make revisions. The dogs love the food except we have 1 picky eater. So there is 1 flavor she seems to not like. They are both healthy & quite active for their ages (10 & 17 yo).
