Unfortunately my dogs did not like the food. I tried for a few days and slowly, mixed with their old food as suggested. Since the website says that they offer a 30 days refund satisfaction guaranteed, I reached out to ask how I could start the return and refund process since I most likely will not use the food. One of my dogs in fact started to throw up badly after 3 days so I do not want to risk giving it to her again. It turns out there is NO refund policy, they informed me that once the food has been delivered there is not return or refunds that can be issued. I am disappointed that the advertised policy is simply false. If your dogs like it, then great! If they don't, just be aware that you just wasted some money, and it wasn't cheap because I bought enough for 2 dogs. I only used 3 boxes and still have 15 unopened boxes that I won't use. I understand not being able to return and get a refund for the boxes I used and opened, and I am not asking for that, that would not be reasonable, but I should be able to return the 15 boxes that I will not use.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re very sorry to hear that Happy Howl wasn’t a good fit for your dogs. We completely understand your disappointment, especially after trying the suggested gradual transition and seeing one of your dogs react poorly. Your pups’ health and safety are always the top priority, and we appreciate that you were cautious. We want to clarify that while we do offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for certain situations, our policy does not allow returns or refunds for opened product due to safety and freshness concerns. We truly regret any confusion this caused and appreciate your honest feedback, it helps us ensure our website and communications are as clear as possible. We understand this is frustrating, and we’re grateful you gave Happy Howl a try. Your feedback is valuable, and we’ll take it into account as we continue improving our products and policies.
