Happy HowlWhere it started:Rocky changedeverything andI never set out to start a dog food company. My husky Rocky had the worst stomach on the planet. Years of vet visits, prescription diets, and hundreds spent on premium food brands. We tried everything. Nothing worked. So I decided to build it myself. 36 recipe iterations. Countless hours with vets and nutritionists. All chasing one question: what’s the best food we could possibly make for a dog? When we finally got it right, Rocky was the proof. He hasn't been sick in over 18 months. He runs three miles with me every morning. That's the standard every Happy Howl bowl is held to. Nothing less.Colin Buckley– Founder

My dog absolutely loves your food. He was not eating well or finishing any meals but since I switched over to Happy Howl he licks his bowl clean. He seems more energetic and playful even at the ripe old age of 16. And your food looks so good I'm tempted to try it myself :)

Quality dog good that you can actually see the ingredients in it. Super picky eater approved! Normally I order the sampler packs but I got 40% off with a subscription so I signed up for a six pack subscription. I never received an email before my next order letting me know it was coming up only one that said I just got billed. The six pack discounted subscription price was more than the 2 - 3 sampler packs that I normally buy. Cancelled my subscription and will just order sampler packs from now on. $75 6 pack subscription vs $58 2 - 3 pack samplers.

Thank you so much for your honest feedback. We’re thrilled to hear that our food passed the “super picky eater” test, that means a lot! 🐾 We’re sorry, though, for the frustration around the subscription process and billing. You should always receive clear reminders before a subscription renews, and we apologize if that didn’t happen. We also understand your concern about the pricing difference between the sampler packs and the six-pack subscription. Your feedback is very valuable, and we’ll be sharing it with our team so we can improve both communication and pricing clarity moving forward. We’re glad to hear you’ll continue enjoying the sampler packs, and we hope to keep Josie’s tail wagging with every meal. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team anytime if you have questions or need help with your orders, we’re always happy to assist.
