I have several Papillons—some will eat almost anything, but others are finicky. None of them would eat this food—it didn’t matter which flavor. I will be returning the unused, unfortunately.

My dog did not finish any of the 3 sample pack. Walked away all 3 attempts and would just eat.

Tried to cancel an order the same day I placed it because of ingredients and was told that wasn't possible. Not a very caring or responsible business in my view. $ seems their most important objective. Not concerned with a pet owners opinion . I will not recommend this company to anyone. Crappy policies

I bought the sample package. When i opened the box the first thing I smelled was a spice or something. It wasn't appealing to me. I dished some out for my border collie and terrier. Neither of them wanted it. My collie loves lamb but wouldn't come near receptor to bury it. The terrier wasn't interested at all. The next day I tried the turkey same thing. With both flavors I smelled that same smell. The food was a mush full of rice nothing like what is shown on their box or advertisement. White rice, potato, a quarter of a side of a green bean and a pea. Two of those ingredients converts into sugar. If I could attach a picture I would. It was a waste of 35 dollars. Which could've been spent on a food that was exactly what was advertised.

My dog is a very picky eater and would not eat any of it .Thank You for the samples.

Happy Howl terminated my affiliate account without warning and withheld $2,700 in earned commissions, citing unclear and non-transparent policies. There was no fair review, no clear violation explained, and no meaningful opportunity to resolve the issue. This shows a serious lack of accountability and transparency in how they treat partners. If a company can erase earned commissions and cut partners off at will, customers should seriously question how their own refunds, subscriptions, or disputes would be handled. A business that acts unfairly behind the scenes often treats customers the same way when problems arise. Based on this experience, I do not trust Happy Howl’s business practices and urge both affiliates and customers to be cautious.

It’s my experience that after the initial purchase is received they send another order in a week or so no matter what the frequency of future orders you chose. I chose 5 weeks. I had already called to cancel the subscription but after that they do not answer the phone anymore. My dog doesn’t like their dog food. Time to call my bank! PS This company has many complaints and is not BBB certified. Ooops.
