Happy HowlWhere it started:Rocky changedeverything andI never set out to start a dog food company. My husky Rocky had the worst stomach on the planet. Years of vet visits, prescription diets, and hundreds spent on premium food brands. We tried everything. Nothing worked. So I decided to build it myself. 36 recipe iterations. Countless hours with vets and nutritionists. All chasing one question: what’s the best food we could possibly make for a dog? When we finally got it right, Rocky was the proof. He hasn't been sick in over 18 months. He runs three miles with me every morning. That's the standard every Happy Howl bowl is held to. Nothing less.Colin Buckley– Founder

My 6 month old chocolate lab and my 13 year old Australian cattle dog love all 3 recipes.

Not a fast shipping experience but it did arrive. My dog likes it well enough. The only downside is the cost. This rate costs me more for my dog than my own grocery bill. Just need to find a good supplier for Rusty for half the money.

Thank you for your honest feedback, we truly appreciate it. We’re glad to hear Rusty enjoys his Happy Howl, though we completely understand your concerns about cost. We use human-grade, high-quality ingredients to make sure every meal supports your dog’s health, but we know affordability matters too. We’ll share your feedback with our team as we continually look for ways to keep Happy Howl accessible for all pet parents.

When I review companies I not only review their product but also how they interact with their customers. First off, my dogs LOVE Happy Howl! It is a quality food product. For that reason alone I give it a "5". But, there's more! Recently my order was delivered to an incorrect address and the shipper was not able to help. After reaching out to Happy Howl, they were able to help us, for which we are very appreciative!!! The ONLY negative in this interaction was dealing with a "chatbot" during messaging. At first I thought I was conversing with a real human. However, it became obvious it was a bot and after two or three times of calling "it" out, "it" came clean and admitted to not being real. I AM NOT A FAN OF BOTS! I just want to "talk" with real people. In summary, Food A+, Customer Service A (only deduction is b/c of the "bot" interaction). I will continue to be a loyal "Happy", "Happy Howl" customer.
