I received my order and instead of the food being soft and solid, the food looked like it was put in a blender and liquified.

Can't get anyone on the phone or by text. 800 number is always busy. Left several messages and took forever to respond. Maybe it felt like forever because I couldn't get in contact with anyone for an urgent matter. With service like that, I don't think I'll continue with you. I don't like leaving bad reviews but unfortunately...

Huge shipping problem due to you sending package with signature required. I was not home..stupid. I may not ever order from you again due to all my time wasted trying to get this matter straightened out. I still do not have the package but did finally speak with a UPS agent to redirect the shipment to my home. Not a happy customer.

I entered a discount code but customer service says i entered it on a duplicate subscription. explained it was clearly mistake and they agreed but wouldn't refund the amount or apply discount to correct subscription. i asked if it could be credit to my account for next order. customer service said no. so i am cancelling my acct. due to poor customer service !!

Sorry to hear you are frustrated. Our policy states that the 40% off discount applies for one order per customer, meaning you can not use the code multiple times on other subscriptions.

Mysteriously ended up with 2 subscriptions and dog food I didn’t need. Customer service an endless online loop. Call the CS number and get an offshore call center and a person you can hardly understand.

For clarity, duplicate subscriptions can only be created when “Subscribe & Save” is selected during two separate purchases. That said, we absolutely want to help resolve this quickly for you. If you reach out to us with your account email, we can: • Review and remove any duplicate subscriptions • Adjust or cancel upcoming shipments • Address any billing concerns You also have the option to log into your subscription and adjust any settings on your own.

First of all, I ordered Lamb and Turkey!! I got turkey and grandmas stew!!! I let that slip through!! Then I asked to cancel the next shipment, was told it was cancelled and I received a shipment yesterday!!! So basically, you all lied to me!!! This better be cancelled now or I will go public about this!!!
