We’re sorry to hear that the packaging has been difficult to manage, especially with arthritis. We really appreciate you sharing your experience, and we’ll pass this along to our team as we continue to explore ways to make our packaging more user-friendly. If you’d like, our customer support team can offer some tips for easier opening. Please reach out at [email protected].

We’d like to clarify a few points. The recent price change you noticed was due to taxes, not an increase in the cost of the product itself. We understand how important transparency is, and we’re sorry this wasn’t clearer. Regarding the spoon and bags, those are included with the first two orders only as a welcome bonus. If you’d like them added to your subscription moving forward, our support team would be happy to help—just reach out to them directly.

We’re so happy to hear he’s enjoying the food and on the mend! It’s great that the turkey and beef worked out for your finicky Morkie, and we love that the shelf-stable convenience makes life a little easier. Looking forward to your next order!

Thanks for the update! It sounds like Lucy might be experiencing a normal adjustment or taste preference. A few things you can try: 1. Mix with her previous food – Gradually blend a bit of Happy Howl with her old food to make it more familiar. 2. Warm it slightly – Warming (just a few seconds in the microwave) can enhance aroma and make it more appealing. 3.Check portions – If the portions are too large, smaller, more frequent meals can encourage eating. 4.Try a different flavor – Some dogs respond better to another protein (beef, lamb, or turkey). If she continues to eat less, it might help to reach out to your vet to rule out any underlying issues.

Thank you for sharing this with us! We’re so glad Lucy loves Happy Howl, but we completely understand your concern about her digestion. Sometimes a transition to a new food—or using it as a topper, can cause temporary digestive changes. A few things that can help: •Transition gradually: Mix a smaller amount of Happy Howl with her current food and slowly increase over 5–7 days. •Check portion size: Even as a topper, too much new food at once can upset sensitive stomachs. •Monitor ingredients: Certain proteins or fiber levels might be affecting her digestion. If the issue continues, our team would be happy to help troubleshoot and adjust her plan so Lucy can enjoy her meals without the upset. We want her to be happy and comfortable!

Happy Howl is shelf-stable until opened, so you don’t need to refrigerate it right out of the box. Once a box is opened, we do recommend refrigerating any unused portions to keep it fresh. Our food is made with high-quality, human-grade ingredients and doesn’t contain artificial preservatives, the shelf stability comes from the way it’s cooked and packaged. Your pups are getting wholesome, real food every time!
