Happy HowlWhere it started:Rocky changedeverything andI never set out to start a dog food company. My husky Rocky had the worst stomach on the planet. Years of vet visits, prescription diets, and hundreds spent on premium food brands. We tried everything. Nothing worked. So I decided to build it myself. 36 recipe iterations. Countless hours with vets and nutritionists. All chasing one question: what’s the best food we could possibly make for a dog? When we finally got it right, Rocky was the proof. He hasn't been sick in over 18 months. He runs three miles with me every morning. That's the standard every Happy Howl bowl is held to. Nothing less.Colin Buckley– Founder

We’re so glad to hear your pups love Happy Howl! And yes the shelf-stable packaging makes feeding time super convenient until it’s opened. Thanks for sharing!

Micah and Lola love it. No freezing, thawing, or cooking. And Micah’s allergies have really improved. Best decision I’ve made for my babies.

My little rescue pup Taco is a picky eater and ever since receiving my order by 8am he's actually wanting to eat breakfast! Love the packaging and you can actually see the carrots green beans and other veggies in the food. Sp glad that I tried him on Happy Howl food!

The food seems amazing and the convenience of the packaging is great. The only thing is I think it’s a little expensive. I’m on Auto ship of 36 cartons and 168.00 makes it hard to justify. I use 4 cartons a day for my two dogs so it doesn’t last too long.
Response from Happy HowlDec 1, 2025
We totally understand! Happy Howl is made with high-quality, human-grade ingredients, which can make it more expensive than other options. Many of our customers with multiple dogs or larger appetites find our bulk packs helpful for managing cost and convenience. If you’d like, we can help you optimize your subscription so it lasts longer and works best for your dogs’ needs: https://www.thehappyhowl.com/products/happy-howl-bulk-pack

Received the very next day. It's great to see the food is packed so that it doesn't require refrigeration until you open it and don't use all of it. The company was very quick to respond to a question I had.
